Orders and Payments Policy

Made-to-Order Items

Some of our pieces are made to order and can take up to 21 days to produce, while the others are in stock and can be processed in 48 hours.

Processing

Orders are processed and fulfilled on weekdays between 9a.m and 5p.m West African Time. Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Also note that processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at check out.

Order Status

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try check your spam or trash folder. All confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order
